What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a type of dry coating, which is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to form a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Advantages of Powder Coating

Powder coating tends to be tougher more flexible coating and less liable to chip or peel than a conventional wet paint.
Unlike many wet paints, powder coatings have no VOC content.
